Business development

The development of the market for the energy crop production and utilisation will be facilitated by bringing together the actors from the different parts of the crop-to-energy production chain, namely the producers and users of agrobiomass, examining the different business models and designing tailor made advice services.

The preliminary outcomes are

  • co-operational groups between the energy crop producers and users
  • assessment of potential business models
  • advisory services of energy crop business
    • General business/ contract models for group members (formed in earlier task)
    •  Individually tailored services to people and companies intending to enter the energy crop business
